You are most likeley running Windows 7 pre RTM, meaning a non final copy of windows.

THERE IS NO WAY TO STOP THIS SHUTDOWN. YOU MUST INSTALL RTM.

Either that or you downloaded the Enterprise trial from Microsoft.

The only way to disable the timebomb in that would be to use RemoveWAT (at the moment, anyways).
